Customer Reviews
Termites are not something you want to delay. We’re glad we took the right call at the right time. We would definitely recommend this service to others.
It’s been several months since the treatment and there are no fresh signs of damage. That itself speaks volumes. We’re very satisfied with the outcome.
They showed us where the activity was and how the colony would be targeted. That transparency made us feel we were in safe hands. Very professional approach.
The best part was that this wasn’t treated like a one-day job. There is proper monitoring and follow-up, which really builds confidence. That’s what made us feel this was the right decision.
Our residents were constantly complaining about termite damage and we didn’t know what to do. We came across Rentokil PCI’s service and decided to give it a try. The team explained the baiting method clearly, handled everything smoothly and the results have been a huge relief for all of us.
FAQ's
Clearing Doubts. Controlling Pests.
What do termites look like?
Subterranean termites (commonly found in homes) are similar in size to black ants but are pale/white in color, often called "white ants." Unlike ants which have three body sections, termites have two. You may also see winged termites ("alates") that swarm to reproduce.
Are termites covered under home insurance?
Generally, no. Most home insurance policies do not cover termite damage. Since termites affect a significant number of Indian homes, proactive professional treatment is recommended.
Do termites eat treated pine?
No, they do not eat treated pine, but they can use treated logs or footings as a "bridge" to travel across and enter your home to find other wood sources.
Is "Do It Yourself" (DIY) termite control an option?
DIY termite control is generally a bad idea. Disturbing termites with ineffective DIY traps or sprays often causes them to re-route their activity to another area of the house, making the problem harder to detect and treat.
How quickly can termites infest a house?
Termites are constantly seeking food. If they find untreated wood in or around your house, they can move in very quickly. They can even infest a structure before it is fully built.
